Zonal MIS Lead

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales teams with strategic initiatives, discount planning, and removing obstacles to achieve volume targets.
• Enhancing overall sales volumes and Achieving blended volume targets.
• Optimize geo mix and increase Net Sales Realization (NSR) through strategic measures.
• Increasing NSR, Premium Volume Improvement &Optimizing geo mix.
  
• Identify and implement innovative projects to drive volume growth. Develop milestones and monitor progress.
• Initiating and completing strategic projects & Achieving project milestones.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to address business challenges and enhance sales performance and logistics.
• Undertaking cross functional initiatives & Improving sales performance through collaboration.
• Develop and implement GTM plans for high growth markets, providing actionable insights from sales data.
• Developing and executing GTM plans & Generating actionable insights from sales data.

• Conducting market visits & Providing actionable market insights.
• Implementing strategic counter actions. •Optimize the channel structure, support new dealer development, and revive inactive or churn dealers.
• Reviewing Onboarding and integrating new dealers & Enhancing performance of newly onboarded dealers.
• Measure team performance, facilitate training programs, and analyze the effectiveness of regional initiatives.
• Developing and tracking Team performance metrics & Support Training programs &evaluating regional initiatives.
