Recruiter-Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment across our hospitality portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-calibre talent across a range of hospitality functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver an efficient and seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and direct headhunting.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and candidate profiles.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assess suitability, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to HR and business stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies, approved budgets, and agreed time-to-fill targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised approach to recruitment.
