Accounts Relationship Manager-Business Development
Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's broker network.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage firms and real estate brokers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key broker partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure brokers are well-informed about company projects, launches, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate internally to facilitate broker registration, documentation, and commission-related matters.
- Organize and conduct broker meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Monitor broker performance and implement initiatives to increase productivity and sales.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the broker experience.
- Prepare regular reports and market intelligence updates for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, broker relations, or real estate partnerships within the UAE.
- Strong network within the UAE real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage landscape.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
