Job Description

Position Title -Business Development Manager/ Inside Sales Manager

Experience - 6 to 10 Years

Location - Faridabad/ Noida

Shift Timings - 8 PM to 5 AM IST (Night Shifts)

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end business development including lead nurturing, generation, and qualification
  • Own pipeline growth target for assigned markets / service lines
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, accounts, and industry trends
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Engage with CMMs to understand business needs and position relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to build value propositions, and GTM strategies
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM with accurate opportunity lifecycle details
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, performance metrics, and learning
  • Strong ability to structure conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset and accountability

Must have skill sets

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Demand Generation (preferably in IT Services / Technology)
  • Proven track record of achieving meetings, and qualified pipeline
  • Experience in selling to US/UK/Global markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and account-based selling
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong presentation, and objection handling, skills

Good to have skill sets

  • Experience in selling digital transformation, cloud, data, automation, AI or enterprise application services
  • Prior experience working closely with Delivery / Practice Teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and outreach platforms
  • Experience in consultative selling frameworks (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
  • Ability to contribute in GTM planning and campaign strategy
