ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is primarily responsible to manage the DxH business throughout the whole process, from initiation until evaluation, and final award. Covering the product application support such as but not limited to “User training, troubleshooting, Validation/Verification, competitive analysis, and product presentation. Product Line: Diagnostics: Hematology product line.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
•
To achieve the sales target in the region (Retention & Competitive)
•
To gather intelligence and be knowledgeable of the existing contracts in the market and competitor’s movements in the region.
•
To work closely with the end users on increasing BCI QTY for the NEXT tenders
•
To promote the DxH solution and customize business solutions.
•
To work closely with the Business/sales managers and the automation specialist to devise the best approach and solution to the end users.
•
To make sure DxH IB is working as per standard and response to the customers inquires on time.
•
To manage/monitor the sales performance in the region.
•
To support the customers during the Installation Verification /validation process.
•
To do the user training and make sure to develop the end-user knowledge on DxH platform.
•
To work closely the service team to ensure proper installation and training for the accounts.
•
To do the required troubleshooting to guarantee the quality of results.
•
Support the CP’s in the region to maintain and grow the business.
Customer Retention and Attraction
•
Lead, develop and implement sustainable sales growth strategy for increasing sales, profits and market share.
•
Develop strong customer relationship & partnership with key decision makers in the contracts/tender department of the major accounts and identify key opportunities, to ensure business directions are aligned & that Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.
•
Lead the product support and marketing activities in the region.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•
Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Lab Science/Biomedical/Biotechnology
•
Previous experience in managing sales/Product application is a MUST, 5 years minimum.
•
Diagnostic/ Laboratory experience is a MUST.
•
Fluent in English & Arabic
•
Robust understanding of the Sales process, from generating the sales leads to close the deal.
REQUIRED BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
•
Excellent relationship with KDM at all levels within the IVD industry
•
Ability to effectively manage resources and customize solution for large accounts.
•
Team player and ability to work closely with the different stakeholders and the functional Departments.
•
Proven ability in identifying market opportunities and capturing market share.
