As a Senior Data Platform Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise data platforms. This position focuses on supporting AI-driven applications, Azure / AWS-based infrastructure, and ML Ops workflows to enable advanced analytics and innovation across the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor Junior engineers, and drive innovation in Enterprise Data and AI platform capabilities

This position is part of the Data and Analytics in Enterprise Data Trasformation AI/ML Organization and will be located in Bengaluru or Gurugram, India. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide end-to-end application support for data platforms and AI applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for data and analytics workloads, including cost and performance tuning.
• 
  Implement and maintain ML Ops pipelines, supporting model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and application issues, collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Danaher Business System (DBS) principles.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field with 6+ years in data platform or application support roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML application support and ML Ops frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
• Proven ability to architect and implement scalable web applications that integrate with data platforms and machine learning models. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
• Hands On Experience with deploying ReactJS, NodeJS, Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and other applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using CI/CD pipelines, Dockers and Kubernetes.
• Hands On experience with Data Platforms (Snowflake) , AI and ML Applications in large scale deployments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses like snowflake , redshift or others..
• Experience with Graph Databases like Neo4j or others.
