Job Description

Dandelion Civilization is a next-generation platform that blends gamified assessments, AI-driven simulations, and career development tools into a unified digital ecosystem. We create holistic talent profiles through interactive mini-games - from logic puzzles and comics to AI sales simulators and negotiation scenarios.

We're looking for a marketing leader to help us scale: motivated, strong and sctructured - with a vision and understanfing of growth and go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute a digital-first GTM strategy for our assessment and simulation modules.
  • Own ROMI and provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Western audiences.
  • Identify and prioritise target segments, channels, and digital funnels for scalable user acquisition (B2B).
  • Lead market research, trend analysis, and customer discovery (custdev) to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Develop best practices in branding, content marketing, digital outreach, SEO, paid and organic growth, and PR within EdTech/HR Tech.
  • Conduct competitive landscape reviews and guide early pilot campaigns and awareness initiatives.

Who we're looking for
  • Based in Europe/MENA or with strong experience marketing to Western European markets.
  • 4+ years in marketing for EdTech, SaaS, HR Tech, gaming, or behavioural/learning products.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling digital products, ideally those using gamification or AI.

  • Strong understanding of CustDev mechanics, readiness to lead research campaigns and competitor analysis (backed by our team)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital campaigns, funnels, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent written & verbal English; comfortable working in a distributed, fast-moving team.
