Job Description
- We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of IAM consultants in delivering top-notch Identity and Access Management (IAM) services that support Danfoss in achieving its strategic objectives. Your role will involve ensuring governance, compliance, and security surrounding identities and access.
As the Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a diverse team of IAM consultants across regions and functions, providing daily support to meet targets, planning and driving roadmap activities for IAM solutions, and ensuring adherence to IAM processes and security policies to safeguard against cyber security threats. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of IAM processes, tools, and team members, acting as a point of contact for business and IT colleagues, escalating high-priority IAM incidents, and ensuring compliance with ITSM processes and corporate standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors on IAM system support and development, assign tasks to team members based on their capacity and skills, oversee HR administrative tasks, and support employee development and career growth. Performance management, assessment, and support for individual employee performance will also be part of your role.
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of business processes and strategic goals, effective people management and leadership skills, the ability to provide consultancy and guidance on IAM topics, excellent communication and presentation skills, a commitment to following processes, standards, and procedures, and strategic planning capabilities.
