We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of both front-end and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will include designing system architecture, engaging in programming, conducting performance testing, and systems integration. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and enhancing our digital tools to ensure applications responsiveness. You will also collaborate with graphic designer on web design features, among other tasks. As a Senior Developer, you will utilize your knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions for an array of technologies. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. As an experienced field professional, you combine a breadth of knowledge across open-source and cloud technologies with external customer delivery experience. You will support sales and process owners and various service delivery groups and participate in customer engagements, demonstrations and meeting across internal users such as business unit leadership, engineers, digital experience teammates and IT. This position will be also responsible for working with technical architects and other UI/UX engineers to implement various desktop and web applications.
What Youll Be Doing

• Participate in the design and ongoing maintenance of complex enterprise solutions that satisfy customers experience & business goals, including scoping, planning, development, end-to-end testing, optimization and knowledge documentation with limited supervision.
• Lead assessment & development of software solutions across a variety of digital programs and architectures in partnership with team members.
• Develop and document scalable technical specifications that satisfy business/functional requirements.
• Investigate, analyze and make recommendations regarding improvements and requirement changes. Similarly, support defect troubleshooting & resolution, owning root cause analysis of the involved architectures, proactively supporting risk analysis and reduction.
• Communicate directly with key internal stakeholders on status of projects/applications and give accurate forecasts for projects and work items.
  

Education Qualification

• Requires a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
  

Success Criteria

• Result focused, guided by principles and best practices, and thrive in a fast paced, iterative development environment.
• You are a strong software developer with an extensive (4 to 6+ years) programming experience with the following competencies:
  

Expert In

• C#, VB, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Javascript, NPM
• SQLite, Ms-SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio
  

Comfortable With

• Git, Various linters, SonarQube / SonarCloud
• CI/CD practices in Azure Devops
• Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi
• Comfortable with Azure Cloud (App services, Azure AI services, Azure databricks)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
