Become a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Security & Software Solutions at Danfoss Power Solutions! You will lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions and development tools, with a focus on cybersecurity as a key priority area. What Youll Be Doing

• Lead software and tool development projects from planning to delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
• Drive project execution and team alignment to keep activities on track, transparent, and within scope and budget
• Apply agile ways of working to improve team efficiency, enable fast decisions, and support continuous learning
• Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions

• Proactively identify and raise risks impacting project execution or on-time delivery to enable early mitigation and ensure successful outcomes
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience managing software development projects, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity
• Ability to lead in complex, cross-functional environments and keep projects moving efficiently
• Understanding of software development processes and project management practices
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and risk awareness in software projects
• Confident English communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
