Job Description
- As a Regional Assistant Marketing Manager, your role will involve leading all marketing activities in Maharashtra. You will be based in Pune and responsible for planning and executing regional promotional campaigns, coordinating BTL marketing efforts, and collaborating with local vendors to ensure effective brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute local marketing campaigns across Maharashtra to enhance brand visibility and increase showroom footfall.
- Identify innovative BTL marketing strategies and enhance the effectiveness of on-ground campaigns.
- Coordinate with local vendors for the design, printing, and installation of marketing collaterals such as hoardings, banners, standees, and in-store branding.
- Manage festival-based promotions, showroom activations, roadshows, and local sponsorships.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the central marketing team.
- Maintain budgets and ensure timely execution of all regional campaigns.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and local market trends to drive competitive strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in all regional marketing efforts.
Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience in regional marketing, field marketing, or BTL campaign execution.
- Strong network of local vendors and agencies in Maharashtra is preferred.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and coordinate with vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel across cities in Maharashtra as required.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
