Job Description
- As a Site Selection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our expansion strategy by traveling to key cities across India to identify and evaluate showroom locations near auto clusters, as well as scout impactful billboard locations for launch campaigns. Your responsibilities will include assessing locations based on various factors such as visibility, footfall, accessibility, competition, and proximity to auto clusters. You will also be required to liaise with local property agents, mall management, and landlords for site visits and negotiations, as well as identify high-visibility outdoor advertising spaces for launch announcements. Additionally, preparing detailed reports with photos, metrics, and recommendations for each location will be part of your key responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you must have project-level experience in location scouting and marketing fieldwork, along with a basic understanding of commercial leasing and retail expansion strategy. Your willingness to travel extensively across cities in India will be essential, and you should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, and a background in real estate, retail operations, automotive, or EV industry will be advantageous.
