Junior Client Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are interested in starting a career in financial services and client support.

This role is ideal for candidates who are new to the job market, willing to learn, and confident in speaking with clients. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with clients via phone and WhatsApp

Explain basic debt management solutions clearly

Collect and verify client information

Schedule consultations for senior advisors

Maintain accurate client records

Provide polite and professional customer support
