AI Ethics & Compliance Analyst

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level AI Ethics & Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of ethical guidelines and compliance standards for our AI products, internal solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AI policies and compliance framework.
- Conduct research on emerging AI ethics issues and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to AI systems.

- Monitor AI systems for compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI development processes.
- Actively participate as a member of the AI Review Board.
- Develop and execute training sessions and workshops on AI best practices and compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
- Primary Key Words/Combination - AI Compliance Analyst, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, AI Policy Analyst, AI Compliance Monitoring.
- Skills - NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, Machine Learning Basics, AI Bias Mitigation
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF), EU AI Act or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with regulatory compliance or ethical guidelines in technology.
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security or a related field in STEM or Law.
