Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to provide top-notch training in a variety of IT domains, including Advanced MS Office, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Networking, Hardware, Operating Systems, Virus Protection, Power BI, AI, and ChatGPT. If you possess hands-on experience in IT training and mentorship, we are excited to learn more about you!
In this role, your responsibilities will include conducting engaging training sessions across different IT domains, creating training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments, offering mentorship and career guidance to learners, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT field, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously enhancing content.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Advanced MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing including AWS/Azure/GCP and Risk Management, Networking and Hardware covering Routers, Switches, and Network Security, Operating Systems and Virus Protection like Windows, Linux, and Malware Prevention, Power BI for Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Creation, and AI & ChatGPT for AI-Powered Solutions, Automation, and Prompt Engineering.

To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience as an IT Trainer or in a similar role, an IT background with completed professional certification courses related to IT would be advantageous, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners, a passion for innovation and continuous learning, and the capability to deliver hands-on IT training in a laboratory setting.

This is a part-time, contractual/temporary, freelance position that allows you to work remotely. The working schedule will be during the day shift.
Preferred education for this role is a Diploma, and proficiency in English is required.
