About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled operations associate to own scripting operations. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of high quality scripts for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the scripting process right from show selection to script readiness for production
- Build a pool of senior writers to work on projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each part of the process is completed on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and file management for all scripts
- Handle payments or external agencies and writers
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in using Google Sheets / Excel
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
- Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
- Problem-solving approach
