People Data Analyst III

Team and Position Summary: You ensure that what’s happening in the workforce is always connected to its impact on business results. You don’t just ask “What does turnover look like in our organization?” but rather, “Is the rate of turnover impacting revenue or customer satisfaction?”Because you are both business-oriented and technically-savvy, you are the connection between the people analytics function, the senior leadership team, greater HR community, and people leaders. You can smoothly and authoritatively explain findings from the data to executives and easily translate recommendations into the language of the business.You might also be involved in data-driven workforce planning, which involves a cost-of-labor study. You make sure that workforce planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling are done on a regular and consistent basis, and that the results are shared with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the People Data Analytics for IDC in India. Interacts directly with stakeholders to understand the problem statement and provide data solutions to meet the stakeholder requirement.
- Adept in Tableau, Power BI and excel to design and maintain all the dashboards and data reporting for IDC leaders and People Partners
- Leads and works for Analytics projects around forecasting, trends proactively.
- Understand, recommends and maintains solution for Data solutions in Google Cloud etc.
- Understands and implements the Data Governance processes.
Minimum qualifications:
- 4-10 Years experience in Data Analytics in MNC and global reporting
- Experience or knowledge of HR procedures and systems relating to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management, and general people data would be advantageous.
- Extensive reporting experience, including process and data utilisation understanding. Standard metrics and key performance indicators are understood.
- Proven track record of creating actionable management dashboards for HR or talent management businesses.
- Understanding of HR and international data privacy regulations, as well as information security and quality assurance concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a variety of places and cultures

- Excellent teamwork abilities are essential to function in a technology workplace: self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work with specific but limited instruction.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), as well as dashboarding software (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
