Reporting to the
Senior Manager & the role involves
What a typical day looks like:
- Work with SME understanding data management requirements.
- Build ETL with standard frameworks to deploy data management services.
- Monitoring end to end process from source to data warehouse and make sure data is correctly used and visualized for upper management
- Check any issue escalated on data management issues, create action plan to mitigate the risk and remediate the work with a correct root cause analysis.
- Support different projects which are initiated by IES Automation and SRE team.
- Provide support to the Peers wherever required.
- minimum of 5 years in ETL processes, data management on DWH standards.
- Provide solutions to address data management related topics.
- Conduct reviews of data clean up and quality revision.
- Responsible to collect, analyze, propose, and maintain data visualizations.
- Will be responsible to design data collection mechanisms, maintain these data collections, look for new data source to analyze and interpret information through visualization and statistics.
- Should have the capability to build predictive models to understand trends and improve systems usage through data analysis.
- Responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques.
- Oversees accurate information to upper management based on data collection and analysis
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on the following areas.
- Current BI position with involvement on the full BI lifecycle framework that understand how to gather user requirements, documented, design and develop the ETL, design and deploy staging and DWH to store the information. Design and show tableau graphics by us
- SQL
- Data warehouse models, design and best practices, entity relationship models, tableau design and reporting
- ETL design and development and best practices for DWH
- Power Bi
- Stakeholder Engagement (Internal and External)
- Experience in process improvement and automation experience
- Trustworthiness and integrity
- OLAP, Cubes, R, Data Models, Scripting and Automation
