About the Role:

Beat Educations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Startup Accelerator Manager to lead our accelerator program at the Beat School of Business, kozhikode,kerala. This role will oversee the end-to-end management and growth of our startup accelerator, supporting early-stage founders with mentorship, access to resources, networking, and business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the startup ecosystem, proven program management skills, and a passion for fostering entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute the startup accelerator program curriculum tailored to the needs of early-stage startup founders.
• 
  Manage the application, selection, and onboarding processes for cohort startups.
• Provide personalized mentorship and business guidance to accelerator participants, including support on business models, funding preparation and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with mentors, investors, industry experts, and internal teams to create valuable connections and resources for founders.
• Organize workshops, demo days, networking events, and other activities that enhance the accelerator experience.
• Track startup progress, measure program impact, and prepare regular reports for Beat Educations leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the accelerator community.
• Stay updated on market trends, funding opportunities, and innovation best practices to continuously improve the accelerator program.
• Represent Beat Educations in external forums, startup ecosystems, and partnership meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or related fields; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in startup accelerators, incubators, venture capital, or entrepreneurial ecosystem support.
• Strong understanding of startup challenges, funding processes, and growth strategies.
• Excellent program and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
