- Role Overview:
As an Insights Manager at DATA POEM, you will be responsible for turning AI outputs into business insights, presentations, and ROI cases for Fortune 500 clients. Collaborating with your Manager and the US Partner, you will focus on creating executive-ready decks that ensure insights are clear, simple, and actionable. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who have a background in analytics services firms and enjoy storytelling with data, aspiring to transition into a more strategic, client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze causal AI outputs and translate them into business insights and recommendations.
- Assist in developing scenario models such as reallocating marketing budgets, pricing shifts, and sales channel optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the India Manager and US Partner to deliver high-quality outputs within specified timelines.
- Learn to establish connections between analytics outputs and strategic business decisions.
Qualifications Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics, insights, or consulting, preferably within CPG, Retail, or Auto industries.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint storyboarding, Excel, and basic analytics interpretation.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex analytics into concise insights.
- Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.
