Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements for software development projects.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact on project objectives.
Document business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria in clear and concise manner, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive requirement specifications, traceability matrices, and other project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and resolve conflicts or inconsistencies in requirements, and facilitate resolution through collaboration with stakeholders.
Support testing activities by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with business requirements and user needs.
Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during implementation, ensuring that requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in software development projects.
Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for software applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically.
Proficiency in requirement management tools, documentation tools, and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) is a plus.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic are a plus).
