Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead their team and ensure the seamless operation of the establishment. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in managing hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage and lead a team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
