Business System Analyst - Procure To Pay / Source To Pay (COupa)

Databricks is looking for a Business Systems Analyst able to create and deliver value by automating business processes and supporting our Coupa P2P application for our explosive business growth. The main responsibility of this position is to partner with IT stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement major projects and enhancements related to Procure To Pay business processes as well as Vendor onboarding, AP and General Accounting. In this role you will leverage your subject matter expertise and analytical abilities to collaborate across all business lines to deliver high quality user experiences and data driven insights. The P2P Platform Analyst reports to the VP of FinApps and is accountable to the business line stakeholders for ensuring the Coupa P2P Application aligns to the goals for value and satisfaction of Databricks Procurement and accounting functions.

The impact you will have:

• Lead, own, and deliver the Coupa application related projects within the defined timeline


• Automate new business processes and enhance the existing ones


• Works with the cross functional teams to capture, assess, and refine any backlog of work, and that it consistently aligns with the direction necessary for the Coupa Product to succeed and achieve the desired outcomes.


• Upholds the values and principles of agility and promotes healthy discourse between Product Team members, stakeholder and/or customers wherever prudent to ensure that outcomes sought from the Product are achieved


• Document and develop high level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements


• Interact with the development team to provide requirements and specifications


• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements in Coupa


• Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement new systems, projects and enhancements


• Support the transition to SOX policies within the Coupa


• Make configuration enhancements on Coupa platform per business requirements


• Stay up to date with Coupa latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business team


• Assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users


• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements


• 
  Provide training to end users


• Perform day-to-day maintenance and support tasks for all the Coupa application


• Workflow design, maintenance and troubleshooting


• Actively identify opportunities to leverage Coupa functionality to improve efficiency

What we look for:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa functional analyst/Administrator


• Coupa certification is a major plus


• Strong knowledge of P2P solutions specifically Coupa and its related modules


• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies


• Ability to develop deep understanding of new technologies quickly


• Comfortable communicating with a diverse audience


• Proven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills


• Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player


• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
