About the Role
We are seeking a Manager / Lead Data Engineering & ETL Operations to lead enterprise-scale data integration initiatives and analytics platforms. This role combines deep technical ownership with people and delivery leadership, and is ideal for professionals progressing from senior technical roles into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ETL delivery, operations, and production support
- Architect and manage cloud-based data platforms across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Lead development of data warehouse solutions on Snowflake / Redshift
- Define and implement dimensional data models (SCD Type 1/2/3)
- Oversee pipeline development using SSIS, Matillion, SnapLogic, PySpark

- Ensure enterprise-grade data reliability, performance, and scalability
- Enable analytics and reporting use cases across Tableau / Power BI
- Lead, mentor, and grow data engineering teams
- Partner closely with business, analytics, and leadership stakeholders
- Drive problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence
Candidate Profile Must-Have
- Strong hands-on background in ETL and Data Engineering
- Expertise in Snowflake / Redshift
- Experience with SSIS, Matillion, SnapLogic, PySpark
- Solid grounding in data warehousing concepts and SCDs
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven team leadership and delivery ownership
Good-to-Have
- Pharma / Life Sciences analytics exposure
- BI tools experience (Tableau / Power BI)
- Production support and data operations experience
