Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Pune General description The Evergreen Workspace Solutions team that forms part of the bigger Workspace Solutions team is responsible to maintain and operate our global workplace platform, as well as being technically responsible an act as a SPOC for the mentioned environment. Partake in projects and work closely together with service managers to ensure a stable, secure and up to date platform. An Evergreen Workspace engineer will work closely together with a Team Lead and a set of engineers within the responsible team, monitoring, maintaining, developing and supporting the Lead and its responsible environment. Key tasks & responsibilities

• Management of project tasks in IT infrastructure projects and responsibility to provide project deliverables.
• Act as SPOC, work with Team Lead, developers and end users of the infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain the Automation environment in an Evergreen way to ensure the environment is stable, secure and always up to date.
• Support 2nd line teams with troubleshooting
• System operations, maintenance in accordance with compliance requirements as well as quality assurance and development of standards
• Manage the ticket solving in Service Now.
• Drive the development of the overall Automation environment and raise any improvement suggestions that are identified to ensure that our services are on the leading edge of technology.
  
• Provide support and work closely together with the Team Lead and Service Managers
• Communicate and coordinate with support teams about any important environmental changes. Requirements
• Advanced (Expert beneficial) knowledge of PowerShell Scripting,
• Troubleshooting of PowerShell Solutions (scripts, runbooks, modules),
• Analyzing and knowledge of output of scripts,
• Hands-on with PowerShell Workflows development,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph integration, using the official module and using HTTPS Requests,
• Extended knowledge from the operation of Runbooks and Hybrid Workers,

Get Hired
• Good knowledge of Intune Scripts and Intune Proactive Remediations,
• Good knowledge of create PowerShell Modules,
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Entra, Sharepoint, Teams environments and their management through GraphApi and modules,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio Code developer environment,
• Familiarity with Azure Storage service accounts (Blobs, Queues, Tables)
• Ability to work independently and cope well with set deadlines and sprints
• Knowledge of Simeon Cloud Automation beneficial
