Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager - Domestic market.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to help grow the domestic client base for IdeasEngg, with a strong focus on the services industry.
This is a key role for someone who understands the nuances of B2B service offerings and can drive meaningful business relationships and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients within the domestic market, particularly in the services sector.
- Should have experience selling in engineering domain probably selling engineering services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions aligned with IdeasEngg's capabilities.
- Work closely with the internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM with leads, opportunities, client communications, and pipeline status.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the services or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of domestic business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
