Role Summary:


The SEA Sales Manager is a strategic Business Development role focused on penetrating the Southeast Asian market, specifically within the Semiconductor and Contract Manufacturing industries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecyclefrom initial prospecting and pipeline building to closing complex deals centered on specialized testing services. This role requires a technical-commercial hybrid mindset; you must be able to articulate DBPs digital solution value proposition to high-tech manufacturing prospects. Initially based in Lucknow to align with global delivery standards, you will transition to Singapore to drive on-ground expansion, manage personal relationships with key accounts, and ensure high-quality customer experiences in a rapidly changing high-tech landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Pipeline Development: Identify and develop a sustained pipeline of new accounts within the SEA Semiconductor and Contract Manufacturing sectors through cold-calling, marketing lead follow-up, and personal networks.
- Solution Selling & Value Proposition: Effectively articulate DBPs value proposition, focusing on specialized testing services and digital engineering solutions tailored for manufacturing excellence.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the complete sales cycleincluding lead qualification, requirement investigation, proposal delivery, and contract negotiationto meet or exceed quota expectations.
- Consultative Investigation: Conduct deep-dive investigations into client needs to qualify opportunities and recommend specific DBP solutions that solve critical business or technical challenges.
- Strategic RFP Response: Lead the creation of value-based sales proposals and coordinate comprehensive responses to client RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain disciplined sales hygiene by following established DBP processes for timely and accurate activity reporting and revenue forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage DBPs management and technical staff appropriately throughout the sales cycle and provide market feedback to internal product and delivery teams.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients in coordination with sales management to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnership viability.
- Regional Representation: Act as the primary face of DBP in the SEA region, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in Singapore and surrounding manufacturing hubs.

- Industry Expertise: 5-6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development, with a strong focus on Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing verticals.
- Service Specialization: Proven track record in selling Testing Services or specialized engineering outsourced services.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian (SEA) business landscape and procurement behaviors within the manufacturing sector.
- Sales Methodology: Mastery of consultative sales processes, including account mapping, stakeholder management, and value-based selling.
- Forecasting Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and data-driven sales forecasting.
- Educational Background: Technical foundation (BE/B.Tech/MCA) combined with commercial acumen (MBA) to bridge the gap between engineering needs and business outcomes.
