Job Description
- The role within Group Technology and Operations (T&O) at the bank involves investigating account opening documents and static changes of customers, completing document checking, KYC checks, and onboarding activities. Additionally, there is a focus on uploading KYC documents with CERSAI as per TAT, preparing MIS, submitting audit data, and working on a large volume of data. Ensuring high-level governance standards are maintained on onboarding exceptions, adhering to SLA and defined TAT, and driving Design for No Operations are key responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities revolve around adhering to customer onboarding, KYC, static data update, and NRI account guidelines, controls, risks, RBI CIP & CAP guidelines, India KYC guidelines, and ensuring activities related to KYC, CKYC are completed within agreed SLA/TAT. The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines, upload of documents during Re KYC, Inactive, Dormant, and CKYC processes, execution of PIN printing and other BCP activities, obtaining a minimum satisfactory audit rating for the team, implementing BOD & EOD controls, and generating ideas for new processes/initiatives. Participating in UAT, robust checks in customer onboarding process, and driving DFNO are also important aspects of the role.
