Associate - Financial Control

What role you will play in team: Support the financial control team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

What you will do: Assist with month-end close processes, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the monthly and quarterly closing process.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
• 
  Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 year of experience in a financial control or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (desirable).
