Senior Business Analyst - Virtual Assistant & GenAI - Insurance Domain

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-based virtual assistants, document query, and reporting assistants.

- Define user journeys and interaction models for conversational AI interfaces in customer service environments.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop intents, training datasets, knowledge bases, and response frameworks.

- Support the selection, evaluation, and integration of GenAI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT models) into business workflows.

- Document use cases, technical requirements, KPIs, and test scenarios for GenAI-based solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and UAT sessions to validate system behavior and user experience.

- Assist with change management, training, and ensuring user adoption across business units.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Understanding of GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, and large language models (LLMs).

- Experience working with virtual assistants, conversational AI tools, or intelligent automation solutions.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions and evaluate technical feasibility.

- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, call center operations, and unstructured data processing.
