Role Overview

Were looking for a Full-Time AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI Agents into production environments. Youll work directly on LangGraph / LangChain-based pipelines and play a key role in architecting multi-agent systems that interact with real customer data and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on building, fast iteration, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop LLM-based multi-agent workflows.
• Deploy and maintain AI Agents in live production environments.
• Integrate Agents with 3rd-party systems and internal APIs.
• Improve model performance using evaluation + observability tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering + product teams to ship fast.

Required Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI Agents in production (critical requirement).
• Minimum 1 year experience building AI applications or workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.

Get Hired
• Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, state handling, and tool-calling.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (e.g., Langfuse, Phoenix, OpenTelemetry, W&B, Honeycomb).
• Proficient in Python for backend and orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker / containerized deployments.
• Background integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of structured evaluation and testing frameworks for LLM applications.
