Job Description
- As a Sports Advisor at Decathlon, your primary responsibility is to deliver a WOW Customer Experience. You will greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs, ensuring that you are equipped to interact and engage effectively. Promoting sports through engaging customers in sports communities and inspiring them to join activities, events, and local sports-related initiatives is a key aspect of your role. It is essential to ensure customer satisfaction by proposing the right products and services based on their needs, utilizing all available channels such as in-store, online, and the app. Additionally, you will suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's sports practice experience and maintain product availability through reliable inventory management.
Furthermore, creating a WOW store experience is another crucial responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store layout is safe, welcoming, and engaging for both customers and team members. Guiding customers towards the best omnichannel offer, whether offline or online, and making sure that they have access to the complete range of products and necessary services for their sports practice is vital. Highlighting the Circular offer and relevant services to customers is also part of your role to enhance their overall experience.
