Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting
- Develop and maintain precise demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data.
- Analyze market trends, seasonal variations, and promotional impacts to anticipate changes in demand.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess forecast accuracy and identify areas for refinement.
- Inventory Management
- Partner with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, aiming to reduce stockouts and minimize excess stock.
- Design and implement effective inventory strategies to ensure a balance between supply and demand.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively identify opportunities for inventory optimization for multiple sales channels.
- Supply Chain Collaboration
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and sales teams to align on forecast expectations and inventory plans.
- Engage cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage data analytics tools to uncover trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on forecasts, inventory metrics, and overall supply chain performance.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and refine demand planning practices for greater accuracy and agility.
- Drive process enhancements to streamline operations and support strategic supply chain goals.
- Experience in Demand Planning | Inventory Management : 3-4 years
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Experience in multi channel supply planning (including B2B, marketplace and quick commerce strategy)
- Passionate about Outdoor sports (Hiking, Trekking, Horse Riding, Fishing, Climbing, Skiing)
