Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.
  • Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable construction solutions.
  • Coordinate with the in-house team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages for effective communication with clients.
  • Two-wheeler and valid drivers license.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
