Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our growing Business Development team, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our market share. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities.
What you will do: You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This involves market research, proposal writing, and presentation creation.
Key responsibility:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software (preferred).
