Qualifications : Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 16 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the fintech sector or related industries.

As the CTO of our Financial Research company, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability and stability of our technical infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and business units, to deliver exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Develop and communicate a compelling technology vision and strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive competitive advantage, and champion the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and customer experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of software engineers, architects, and technical specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

• Define and oversee the design of scalable, reliable, and secure technical architecture that supports current and future business needs. Ensure systems are optimized for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product management teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and features that meet market demands.
• Implement robust security practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the financial industry.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain the highest levels of data privacy.
• Identify and manage technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party solutions to accelerate development and enhance capabilities.
• Efficiently manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve company objectives.
