We are seeking an IT Business Analyst – Pre-Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams and clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include creating detailed project proposals, preparing functional and technical documentation, conducting requirement gathering sessions, and presenting solutions to prospective clients during the pre-sales stage. The role also requires close coordination with sales teams to support bidding processes and ensure alignment with client objectives.

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation
• Understanding of pre-sales processes, client presentation, and proposal writing
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Customer Relationship Management systems
