Nurse

To provide holistic, safe, and evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with the hospital's protocols, quality standards, and patient-centric policies Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. • Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform nursing procedures as per doctor's orders and nursing protocols. • Monitor vital signs, observe for complications, and promptly report changes in patient condition. 2. Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and allied healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care. • Assist during rounds, procedures, and patient transfers. 3. Documentation & Records • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete nursing records, including nursing notes, medication charts, and care plans. • Ensure proper handover during shift changes. 4. Infection Control & Patient Safety • Follow infection prevention protocols including hand hygiene, PPE usage, and waste segregation. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. 5. Equipment Handling • Operate and maintain medical equipment (e.g., monitors, infusion pumps). • Report any equipment malfunction immediately. 6. Patient Education & Support • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and post-discharge care. • Provide emotional support and ensure a compassionate care experience. 7. Training & Compliance • Participate in continuing nursing education (CNE), internal training programs, and drills. • Adhere to NABH/JCI standards and hospital policies
