Job Description

    Role Overview:
    You will be joining Deepija Telecom Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Support Engineer, where your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their concerns and deliver timely solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to escalate and resolve complex technical problems effectively.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) for Windows and Linux operating systems.
    - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
    - Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
    - Identify and document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    - Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in Windows and Linux systems to support customer needs effectively.
    - Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for customer reference.
    - Provide training and guidance to customers on Windows and Linux best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
    Qualification Required:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    - Solid experience in providing technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems.

    - Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
    - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration.
    - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
    - Relevant certifications (such as MCSE, and RHCE) would be a plus.,
