Job Description

    As a Technical Support Engineer at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems. Your primary responsibility will be to offer timely and effective solutions to customers" concerns through various communication channels.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to Windows and Linux operating systems via phone, email, chat, etc.
    - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
    - Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
    - Document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex technical problems.
    - Stay updated with the latest knowledge and expertise in Windows and Linux systems.
    - Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for customer reference.
    - Deliver training and guidance to customers on best practices and troubleshooting techniques for Windows and Linux.
    **Qualifications:**
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    - Experience in providing technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems.

    - Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
    - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration.
    - Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
    - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    - Relevant certifications (such as MCSE, and RHCE) would be advantageous.,
