Job Description
- The Staffing Recruiter position is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be in charge of overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring activities. Your responsibilities will include working closely with hiring managers to grasp their staffing requirements, managing temporary placements, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, you will be expected to focus on enhancing recruitment strategies and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Bulk Staffing Services, Hiring, Temporary Placement, and blue-collar hiring. Strong recruiting and interviewing skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial, as is proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Previous work experience in Bulk staffing will be advantageous for this position.
