The Founders Office is at the heart of Defyn managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end. This is not a routine 95. Its an accelerated role for someone hungry to learn, grow, and be part of building something that has never existed before.

• Sales & Business Development
• Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  
• Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey.
• Marketing & Client Servicing
• Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track marketing performance and customer insights.
• Founders Office Execution
• Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients/prospects.
• Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of special projects that drive growth.

• 23 years of experience in marketing / business development / client servicing (agency background preferred)
