What Youll Do

• Drive Business Partnership: Work closely with business leaders and department heads to understand their talent needs, alignment, and growth strategies
• 
  People & Culture First: Build trusted relationships across teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where employees feel heard and value
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and leverage HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance trends) to design smart talent solution
• Stakeholder Management: Influence, negotiate, and align with cross-functional stakeholders on key people initiatives and organizational change
• Agile HR Execution: Manage talent reviews, performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution swiftly without compromising quality

What Were Looking

• Experience: 2–3 years of core HRBP experience in a high-growth, fast-paced setting (tech, D2C, startup, or agile corporate environment
• Location Preference: Currently based in Goa OR a Goan professional eagerly looking to relocate back home
• Core Strengths:
• High Energy & EQ: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect deeply with people at all level
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to tell a story and justify decision
• Stakeholder Savvy: Proven ability to partner with and manage senior leadership expectations smoothly
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately or within 15–30 days max
