Role Overview

Objective: To expand our brand presence by identifying key colleges, engaging with student leadership, and building a high-performing network of Campus Ambassadors across diverse institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• College Outreach: Identify and approach targeted colleges to introduce our brand and internship programs to placement cells, faculty, and student heads.
• Student Engagement: Speak to students through seminars, webinars, and informal sessions to generate interest in our initiatives.
• Ambassador Recruitment: Source, interview, and select enthusiastic student leaders to represent the brand on their respective campuses.
• Network Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded ambassadors, ensuring they are motivated and hitting their monthly engagement targets.

• Feedback Collection: Gather on-ground insights from ambassadors regarding student trends and preferences to help refine marketing strategies.

Eligibility

• College students or recent graduates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork (min 20-30 visits daily)

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: 10,000 for the internship duration
• Travel Allowance: Travel expenses will be reimbursed
