Job Description
- Delhivery is on the cutting edge of transforming logistics and supply chain management in India. We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Transportation products as we expand and grow. This position plays a crucial role in elevating our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and overseeing the management of market-sourced fleet in a time-sensitive and cost-effective setting. As the Senior Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the entire product lifecycle, starting from ideation to implementation. Your tasks will revolve around crafting and executing solutions for logistics and operations management, covering all facets of freight order fulfillment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop the vision, establish product roadmaps, and take charge of execution
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and make data-driven decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in collaboration with engineering and design departments
- Manage and influence stakeholders at various levels
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field from a Tier-I institute; MBA is a plus
- Over 8 years of experience in product management within technology products or supply chain organizations

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, multitasking proficiency, and prioritization skills
- Sound business acumen, keen attention to detail, proven track record of influencing others, demonstrated experience in engaging with senior executives, and a robust analytical mindset
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, coupled with the determination to independently develop ideas and the drive to see them through completion
- Preferred domain expertise in supply chain/logistics, although not mandatory.,
