  • The candidate must have full hands on experience working with blue collars.
  • Must have handled minimum 200 blue collars.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the above area.

Job description:

Job Purpose

The role ensuresfull legal compliance, workforce readiness, accurate employee records, medical insurance coordination, disciplined ERP updating, and close alignment with Operations

This position acts as theHR control and compliance functionfor all rider and driver-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Control (Riders & Drivers)

  • Coordinate recruitment for bike riders and car drivers as per approved manpower plans
  • Ensure100% completion of mandatory documentation prior to onboarding, including:
  • Passport & visa
  • Emirates ID
  • UAE driving / bike license (as applicable)
  • Medical fitness & Tawjeeh
  • Labor contract & insurance eligibility
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and status changes
  • Strictly prohibit activation of any rider or driver without full documentation and approvals

2. Medical Insurance Coordination

  • Coordinatemedical insurance enrollmentfor all riders and drivers immediately upon onboarding or status change
  • Ensure insurance coverage is:
  • Valid
  • Continuous
  • Aligned with UAE legal requirements
  • Coordinate additions, deletions, renewals, and cancellations with insurance providers
  • Maintain updated insurance trackers and policy records
  • Escalate any coverage gaps or delays immediately

3. Employee Records, Files & Documentation Control

  • Maintaincomplete, accurate, and confidential employee records(digital and physical)
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly:
  • Filed
  • Verified
  • Approved
  • Maintain and update:
  • Contracts
  • Acknowledgments
  • Compliance forms
  • Ensurezero missing or expired documentsfor any active rider or driver

4. ERP Updating & HR System Integrity

  • Ensurereal-time updatingof all rider and driver data inERP / HRMS systems (ERPNext preferred)
  • Update and maintain:
  • Personal data
  • Employment status
  • Document expiry dates
  • Insurance status
  • Leave and attendance status (non-payroll)
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensuresystem accuracy and integrity

5. Attendance, Absence & Workforce Status Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, absences, and no-shows in coordination with Operations
  • Maintain accurate workforce status:
  • Active

  • On leave
  • Absent
  • Suspended
  • Terminated
  • Coordinate immediate actions for repeated no-shows or abandonment cases
  • Ensure workforce data accuracy at all times

6. Absconding & Legal Action Control

  • Initiate absconding procedures in accordance with UAE regulations
  • Coordinate with PRO and Operations on absconding cases
  • Maintain complete documentation and legally compliant timelines
  • Ensure absconding actions are initiatedwithout delay

7. Leave, Vacation & Return-to-Work Control

  • Manage annual leave, emergency leave, unpaid leave, and sick leave
  • Ensure leave approvals align with operational requirements
  • Track leave balances and confirm timely return to work
  • Maintain accurate leave records in ERP

8. Discipline, Conduct & Investigations

  • Implement disciplinary procedures in line with company policies:
  • Attendance violations
  • Repeated absences
  • Platform non-compliance
  • Misconduct or behavioral issues
  • Prepare warning letters, investigation reports, and termination documentation
  • Ensure all cases areproperly documented, fair, and compliant

9. Compliance with Platforms & Authorities

  • Support Operations in ensuring riders and drivers comply with:
  • Platform requirements (Talabat, Careem, Carrefour, Wayno)
  • Safety, conduct, and operational standards
  • Support audits and inspections by:
  • MOHRE
  • Platforms
  • Internal compliance teams
