SF Apex Developer- Senior Consultant- Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to independently execute technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for Life science and Health client, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
• Should have expertise and hands-on experiences of working on LS cloud. 
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Oversee and guide a team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce standards.
• Manage integration and data migration activities between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical solutions and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Get Hired
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Integration APIs).
• Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
• Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer)
