Position: Sales Promoter

Location: Aero Mall, Pune

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Week Off: Weekdays

Salary: ?15,000 ?20,000 (Performance-based)

• Your Responsibilities:

1.Application Promotion

2. Order Placement: Encourage customers to place orders through the application,focusing on food products and showcasing the convenience of our service.

3. Delivery Coordination: Ensure a smooth experience by explaining the delivery process for orders within the mall premises.

4. Daily Target and Incentive Plan:

Target: Secure a minimum of 5 orders per day through the application.

Incentive: Any orders placed above the daily target will earn you an additional incentive,rewarding your extra efforts and results.

• Requirements:

1.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

2.Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for sales and marketing.

3. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the mobile application.

4.Any educational background (10th grade, 12th grade, or graduate) is acceptable.

5.Willingness to work weekends with weekdays off.

6. Location flexibility within Pune, specifically for mall-based sales.
