- 5 years hands on experience with design and implementation of observability framework
- ?Explicit Splunk experience with hands on experience with implementing and administrating splunk
- ?Experience in design, implementation is splunk ( indexers, forwarders, search heads etc.)
- ?Experience with enterprise observability tools from different vendors, open telemetry, Dynatrace, splunk, Sahara, and open search
- ?Experience with implementing standard methodologies for monitoring, logging, and alerting across widely distributed infrastructure stacks

- ?Strong experience with RHEL, Kuberneties, Ansible, and puppet distributions
- ?Experience with public cloud observability offerings is a plus
