Job Description
Required Skills:
* 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong techno-functional exposure.
* Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC & Aura), Flows, Triggers, and Integrations.
* Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
* Proven experience in 4–5 end-to-end Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA implementations.
* Strong understanding of PSA functional processes including project lifecycle, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition.
* Hands-on experience with Service Estimator.

* Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
* Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and conducting business user training sessions.
* Strong team handling and leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
